Gene Simmons anunciou a aposentadoria do KISS e um final inédito na história do Rock!

Gene Simmons anunciou a aposentadoria do KISS! O anuncio foi feito no dia 8 de fevereiro de 2018. Paul Stanley em entrevistas está confirmando o anúncio de Gene. Não é somente isso: durante as apresentações do seu projeto solo The Vault, Gene está recebendo visitas de membros do Kiss e ex membros, como Bruce Kulick e Peter Criss, a reconciliação com Vinnie Vincent e com Ace Frehley, além do próprio Paul Stanley em seus shows solo.

Além disso foi anunciado uma tour mundial de despedida do KISS em 2019, e após isso o KISS apresentará o seu fim com um programa semelhante a American Idols e The X Factor, onde serão escolhidos 4 novos e jovens membros para assumirem os papéis de The Demon, The Star Child, The Spaceman e The Catman! Vários músicos famosos já estão se apresentando para substituir os Originais! 

É isso, amigos! O KISS vai se aposentar, mas o KISS Army não ficará orfão, de certa maneira! Como vem dizendo os Originais a idade está chegando, e sangue novo vai ser injetado na lenda da banda. Aliás a Banda mais Quente do Mundo!
